PAYMENT

InnovAntennas accepts payment via:

• MasterCard, VISA and Discover credit cards – your private information is encrypted and processed using PCI SSC (Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council - www.pcisecuritystandards.org) certified technology for security

• Credit card company debit & gift cards

• Money orders and certified checks - allow time for bank clearance

• Bank transfers - contact us for our bank info

• Personal checks - allow time for bank clearance

2.9% sales tax will be collected on the merchandise total (but not on the shipping cost) on orders shipped to or picked up in the state of Colorado.

InnovAntennas reserves the right to request a deposit on large orders.

DELIVERY

When ordering online your shipping charges will be calculated and processed during check out. When ordering via methods other than online we will quote shipping charges.

InnovAntennas’ preferred shipping partner is FedEx Home Delivery. InnovAntennas reserves the right to drop ship certain items from our U.K. factory via air freight but in such cases will charge the normal domestic shipping rate and not international shipping fees.

Most orders are shipped within two weeks. If your order or any part of your order will be delayed beyond two weeks we will advise you.

For orders to be delivered outside of the U.S.A. please contact us to discuss your delivery options.

Most of our antennas are shipped in heavy-duty cardboard tubes approximately 8 feet 4 inches long in various diameters up to 10 inches.

LIMITED WARRANTY

All antennas and other products manufactured by InnovAntennas (“Product” or “Products”) are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of five years from the date of purchase.

This warranty excludes reasonable wear and tear as well as damage or failure due to:

• Extreme weather conditions including high winds and floods

• Lightning or power surge

• Accident or abuse

• Exposure to corrosive chemicals or compounds

• Improper assembly and/or installation

• Unauthorized alterations or modifications

• Improper or inadequate maintenance

InnovAntennas does not warrant the Product for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use.

Customer is responsible for the proper installation and use of the Products including compliance with all applicable laws and regulations including building codes, zoning laws, and condominium and home owners association rules.

Customer, Installer and User(s) of the Products individually and collectively acknowledge that the Products can cause injury or death and individually and collectively accept full responsibility and liability for any and all personal and property damage - direct, indirect and punitive - caused during installation and/or use of the Products and hold InnovAntennas harmless for any such damage.

Never never never install antennas where they can come in contact with electrical power lines!

InnovAntennas’ sole obligation under this warranty shall be to issue credit, repair or replace any Product or part which is proved to be other than as warranted. InnovAntennas’ liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the equipment.

This warranty does not cover transportation, labor, and installation, punitive or other costs that may be incurred in the course of any warranty repair.

This warranty does not extend to goods manufactured by others and sold by InnovAntennas. The original manufacturer warrants such items.

Purchase of Product(s) by Customers outside the U.S.A. constitutes Customer's agreement that all questions concerning the respective rights and obligations arising under the terms of purchase are subject to arbitration under the laws of the state of Colorado, U.S.A.

ANY CONTROVERSEY OR CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE PRODUCTS SHALL BE SETTLED BY ARBITRATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE RULES OF THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION.

OTHER THAN AS STATED HEREIN, INNOVANTENNAS DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSES WHATSOEVER AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES.

SOME LAWS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, AND IF THESE LAWS APPLY, THEN ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO SUCH FIVE-YEAR PERIOD. NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND APPLY AFTER THAT PERIOD.

RETURNS

Failures of InnovAntennas antenna Products are rare and when they do occur typically we will ship a replacement part or parts to the Customer for field repair. However, if a Customer wishes to return a Product for warranty repair, non-warranty repair or a refund, they must first email

detailing the reason for the return and requesting a Return Authorization (“RA”) number. InnovAntennas will reply promptly with an RA number and return instructions.

Customer must prepay shipping charges at their own expense.

Customer should package the Product(s) being returned properly using original shipping tubes or boxes when possible.  InnovAntennas will not be responsible for merchandise damaged in shipment.

All warranty work is F.O.B. Glade Park, Colorado, USA.

REFUNDS

Refunds can only be made if a Product is returned at Customer’s expense within thirty days of receipt and only if that Product has not been assembled.

InnovAntennas must receive returned Products in original condition including original packaging and shipping tube or box with the RA number clearly marked on the outside and identified in the shipping documentation.

Returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Shipping charges are not refundable. Refunds will be net of the restocking fee and will be issued within thirty days of receipt by InnovAntennas of the returned Product.

REPLACEMENT PARTS

If you need to purchase replacement parts for an out-of-warranty antenna or other Products please contract us for a price quote.
